I love to swim, hike, garden, meditate, and read lots of books, including books of poetry, art, psychology, fiction, and Buddhist writings. I am fascinated by learning about myself and other people. I am a deep thinker and a playful person - I love to laugh.
I am feminist, humanist, and committed
to an anti-oppression perspective. I believe everyone
deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.
I work with everyone. Women, men, youth, gay, bi and straight people, trans women and men, and people from all cultures, religions, and races/ethnicities.
My own life experiences inform who I am as a person
and as a therapist. I draw on those experiences to help me
understand what you might be going through. I am a very sensitive and understanding person.
