My Approach


Many people who come to my office for the first time are understandably nervous. They’re coming because something is bothering them and they’re about to talk about it with someone they’ve never met before. That’s not easy to do! I understand that and my ability to put people at ease will help you to feel comfortable to talk about your problems. I’m relaxed, friendly, and very present.

Developing trust with another person who understands, sees, and accepts you as you are is healing. It helps you to be yourself – to discover what that really means – to feel good about yourself, and to go more deeply into your own process. I am always very compassionate. I will understand you on a deep level, and guide you to understand yourself better and with compassion. I will listen closely and responsively; helping you to sort through what ever is bothering you. We’ll do it together.
